We were ready to ride, safe in the knowledge that we were going to have a wonderful day, come rain or shine. But for reasons everyone knows, it’s not going to happen. Unfortunately, we must postpone the event until next year. Our shared dream, to ride at the foot of the Dolomites free from traffic, and on the climbs that have written the history of cycling, is only postponed. We will see you next year, on 12.06.2021 to be precise. So dear cyclists, champions and amateurs, women and men, fathers, mothers and children, young and old: keep dreaming and cycle when you can. The Dolomites are here waiting for you. We hope you have a happy and safe Summer.

Op zaterdag 13 juni 2020 is het de perfecte gelegenheid om op de wegen van het UNESCO werelderfgoed Dolomieten te fietsen die wederom exclusief gereserveerd zullen zijn voor fietsers, zonder gehinderd te worden door auto’s of moto’s !

De Campolongo, Falzarego en Valparola-passen zijn gesloten voor gemotoriseerd verkeer van 9.00 tot 15.00 uur. De wegen tussen de Ladin-valleien Val Badia, Arabba / Livinallongo en Ampezzo worden gereserveerd voor fietsers over een totale afstand van 51 km. Starten kan overal langs de route :  Alta Badia – Campolongo pass – Arabba – Pieve di Livinallongo – Falzarego pass – Valparola pass – Alta Badia.

De Dolomites Bike Day, een niet-competitief evenement, biedt gratis toegang aan alle fietsers van alle niveaus.
